Payments & Renewals
All fees are payable monthly in advance via approved payment processor.Non-payment after 7 days of the due date may result in a fee and suspended services until payment is cleared.5. Refunds

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Neurobotik services. Our services are primarily sold to business customers and are delivered through a combination of implementation work and ongoing managed operations. As a result, most fees are non-refundable once work has begun or capacity has been reserved.2. Contract Documents Prevail
If you have signed a Client Services Agreement and/or Order Form with Neurobotik, the refund and payment terms in those documents will prevail in case of inconsistency.3. Currency
All invoices are issued and payable in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.4. Upfront Deposits and Setup/Implementation Fees
Where an upfront deposit and/or setup or implementation fee is required (as stated on your invoice or Order Form), that amount is generally non-refundable once paid because we reserve delivery capacity and initiate provisioning and implementation activities.
If you request cancellation before work begins, we may (at our discretion) refund amounts paid minus any costs already incurred and any reserved-capacity charge permitted under the applicable agreement.
Once implementation work has started or access/provisioning has been initiated, setup/implementation fees are non-refundable.5. Monthly Service Fees and Recurring Charges
Monthly service fees cover ongoing managed operations, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting (scope depends on your package). Monthly fees are non-refundable once the service period has started and/or once the relevant invoice has been issued.6. Break Clauses, Minimum Commitment and Cancellations
If your contract includes a break clause or early-exit mechanism, you may end services only in accordance with the notice requirements and timing set out in your Client Services Agreement/Order Form. Ending services stops future billing after the effective end date, but it does not create a refund for prior months or completed setup work.7. Non-Payment, Suspension and Termination
If invoices are overdue, Neurobotik may suspend services and/or withhold deliverables in accordance with the Client Services Agreement. Suspension or termination for non-payment does not entitle the client to a refund. Neurobotik may seek recovery of unpaid amounts and reasonable recovery costs, including the use of third-party debt collection in the client’s local region where appropriate and lawful.8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, you must notify us promptly in writing at [email protected] so we can investigate. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and may be treated as a breach of contract.9. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
